This form of class will provide you with your own Face Yoga routine that I will create for you. Routine is created for your needs and goals you wish to achieve and problematic areas on your face to be corrected (ex. smooth under eye area, correct smiling lines, diminish double chin, lift face line, lift cheeks, reduce saggy jowl etc.).
Before the class, you need to fill in the questioner form to let me know which areas you would like to improve with face yoga, so that I can create tailor made routine for you.
You will receive material in PDF with face exercises we covered on the class (picture + short info with benefits for each exercise).
