This form of class will provide you with your own Face Yoga and face massage routine that I will create for you, and also tips and suggestions about how to take care of your skin naturally and age slower and gracefully. Routine is created for your needs and goals you wish to achieve or problematic areas on your face to be corrected. (ex. smooth under eye area, correct smiling lines, diminish double chin, lift face line, lift cheeks, etc.) and routine for holistic skin care.
Before the class, you need to fill in the questioner form to let me know which areas you would like to improve, so that I can create tailor made routine for you.
